Our stay at the White Flat Labicana was fantastic. The apartment was beautiful, well-maintained, and had a small balcony. The beds were incredibly comfortable, and the bathroom was spacious. We also appreciated the provided shampoo and hairdryer. Having air conditioning in every room was a relief during the hot weather. The location was perfect, with the Colosseum and many restaurants within walking distance. The owner was helpful and made check-in and check-out hassle-free. I highly recommend this apartment for a comfortable and convenient stay in Rome.

The apartment is clean, comfortable, and quiet. It is just a 5-minute walk to the Colosseum and has nice cafes and places to eat nearby. the apartment is easily accessible with an elevator and has a small balcony. the beds are very comfortable and there is air conditioning in every room. the kitchenette is well-equipped and there is a 24-hour Carrefour grocery shop within a short walk. the location is great, with easy access to the metro and bus stops.

Convenient Location: The apartment's location in Rione Monti was perfect for us, with its many bars and restaurants offering a true taste of Roman ruins and delicious food. Exploring the area felt like taking a fun-filled adventure through history and gastronomy.

Noisy Neighbors: Unfortunately, the apartment lacked enough soundproofing, making it quite noisy at night due to the neighbors. However, this was a minor issue that didn't significantly affect our overall experience.
